As a REALTOR, besides looking at houses, I look at statistics…..what are homes selling for, how long are they on the market, and are the values going up or down?

Here is the market update for the Lakeshore Condos located in Ashburn Village for May 2024.

You might not realize it, but condos are definitely moving at Lakeshore! Although only 2 sold in May, things are heating up. We’ve already seen 2 close in June, and there are 2 more fantastic options on the market right now.

How does this compare to May of 2023? Similar 2 bedroom, 2 bath homes were selling for $375,000, a 7.5-8% increase year over year. The average days on market in May was 10 which is a sign of a strong seller’s market. The overall trend this year for all of the Lakeshore Condos, whether they’re 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, is of increasing home values indicating a strong demand.
